This challenge is centered around the Slenderiiz program. The goal is to kick-start your weight
loss in the 28 days! This could help to get to a goal you have been wanting for some time, get
you over a plateau, or finally keep that promise to yourself to drop the extra weight and start
feeling great again!

Doing the challenge in a group will help keep you accountable – you can’t let your team members down and it’s more fun – we are better together!


Instructions:
  1. The goal is up to 1200 calories per day. This program is not about starving yourself; it is
    about eating real food that will nourish your body.
  2. You must engage in the group DAILY – support, questions, help if you are struggling, and
    cheers! Your contributions to the team will impact your overall results and your group’s
    results. A strong community will always go further! You will also have more fun!
  3. RULES for the official weigh ins (First Tuesday and Last Tuesday only) – Information is to
    be sent to your coach directly – not posted in the group.
    a) Weigh in first thing in the morning (after pee).
    b) Bare feet for all weigh-ins.
    c) For first weigh-in and last weigh-in you will be provided with a code word that must be
    in the weigh-in photos in order to be eligible for a prize.
    d) The numbers on the scale must be readable in the photo.
    e) Pick an outfit for your before and after pics – wear the exact same thing that way you can
    really see the changes. i.e., shorts or tights with t-shirt, tank or sports bra.
    f) Your pictures must be submitted to the organizer in order to be eligible for prizes and will
    not be shared without your permission. The pictures much include a front, each side, and
    back shots.
  4. The challenge will start and end on a Tuesday morning.
  5. Each Tuesday, you will send your weight to your coach. This will not be shared with the
    group, but your coach will use it to calculate % of loss. Please do this first thing in the
    morning after you weigh in as per #3 above.
  6. Each morning, you need to weigh yourself and post your change in weight in your group. Do
    not post your actual weight, but post whether you went up 0.5 lb, down 0.5 lb, or stayed the
    same. Pictures are not necessary for the daily weigh-ins. This is how we can cheer each other
    on and stay accountable!
  7. For those who wish to participate, there will be two low calorie days of 500 calories. Monday
    and Thursday starting in week two. Monday because people tend to be heavier on a Monday,
    so this allows us to get rid of any weekend gain. The second day is Thursday in order to
    prepare you for the weekend where there may be socializing, and you may not be as strict.
    Please note – if you are not as strict on the weekend, know that cheating or straying from the
    plan can set your results back 3 days! It’s only 28 days – you don’t want to lose 3 days of fat
    burning.
  8. Exercise is strongly recommended. If you don’t already have a routine, try to go for 3 x 30-
    45-minute walks per week. If you are already exercising regularly – keep it up! If you need
    suggestions, talk to your coach.
  9. This is a challenge and ONLY 28 days so follow the food guide in the Slenderiiz booklet.
    Keep the approved food list with you everywhere – when shopping, going out to eat, etc.
    There are no protein bars in the stores that are approved in this program. We will ensure you have plenty of easy to prepare delicious recipes to keep you on track.
  10. Drink LOTS of Water – minimum 2 litres per day, but really should be more. This is pure
    water – no additives.
