Ingredients
1 lb Wild Salmon
A variety of vegetables (cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, onions, red peppers, cherry tomatoes, etc.)
Seasoning of choice (I like lemon, onion powder, garlic salt, lemon pepper & seasoning salt)
Avocado Oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Toss all veggies and salmon in avocado oil & seasonings.
- Put all ingredients on a baking pan lined with parchment paper or lightly oiled with approved oil.
- Squeeze lemon juice on top.
- Cook for 20 minutes or until salmon is finished.
