Ingredients

2/3 cup full fat coconut milk (may want more for the following day)

½ cup hemp hearts

1 tbsp chia seeds

3-4 drops of liquid stevia (if desired)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract Pinch of finely ground Himalayan rock salt

Toppings:

12 whole almonds

6 whole raspberries or other berries


Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a 12 fluid oz or larger container with a lid.
  2. Stir until combined.
  3. Cover and set in fridge overnight, for at least 8 hours.
  4. The following day, add additional coconut milk until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Divide between two small bowls, add desired toppings.

Variations:

Chocolate fudge overnight “oats”. In addition to the ingredients, add 1 tbsp Power Boost and 1 tbsp sunflower butter. Follow same instructions as above. Optional toppings include shredded coconut, cacao nibs and strawberries.
