Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 egg
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup almond flour
2 scoops Pure Nourish protein powder
2 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp sea salt
Cinnamon to taste
Directions:
- Combine wet ingredients in a bowl.
- Add dry ingredients and mix well.
- Add more almond flour or milk to get the right consistency.
- Ladle batter onto a hot griddle or waffle iron and cook until fluffy.
- Serve with favourite toppings – heat up and puree your favourite berries and add whipped coconut cream to top it off.
